The Transept of Melide

Next to the church, it is placed the so called transept of Melide, which for most people it is the oldest transept in Galicia, probably dated from the 14^th century. The obverse depicts a Christ Majesty, showing the wounds of hands and a cloth covering her legs. The reverse depicts a Calvary.
